So much for wanting a change...
It is now 3:52 and I did NOT get the job. Not because I wasn't qualified, not because Lila didn't like me, ONLY because Ray, the part owner, doesn't believe that an HR position is really necessary.
He thinks just hire a clerical person. You don't need some one w/ extensive employment knowledge. Who cares if you violate a hundred and one labor laws. What FLMA? What is IIPP? Hell we don't need no stinkin HR.
He is an idiot. But I knew that going in. Still... I am so bummed.
