So much to tell

I booked Kurt a fantastic retreat at this wonderful B&B. Fantastic, right? NOT!!!

I get home Friday evening to a message from Green Gables, located in Washington Wine Country, telling me she is "so sorry" but her husband took a reservation on the 16th and did not have any rooms available that night. But I was welcome to stay on the 15th.

HELLO!!!

Like I am going to drive frigging four hours to stay Friday night then pack up find another place for Saturday night. Does this even make any sense???

Therefore, I have decide we will drive only an hour & 1/2 and stay in Oregon wine country. Yes Kurt grew up in Oregon, he has seen pretty much every thing there is to see, but this is not about just seeing the area it is about us spending time together. So quite frankly, it doesn't matter where we go as long as we are together & there is a claw foot tub & wine.

Now, on to important issues. Mario dropped out of A.I.???? Oh MY GOD!!! Big news!!

That means Neeko is in. And did anyone know that he was Ozzie Smith's son?? OK, most of you won't understand or care who Ozzie is. But being a rabid baseball fan, I do!

Ozzie is just the greatest shortstop to ever play the game. And more importantly he played for the San Diego Padres. Go Neeko!!!!
