Last night I was peacefully sitting in my basement watching Antique Roadshow. It is a great show. In the middle some ancient Indian masks we were interrupted by the EMEGENCY BROADCAST SIGNAL. I figured it was probably going to be an AMBER alert. But I was WRONG!! It was a massive warning for a Thunder & Lighting storm. And let me tell you... It hit! And it was nature in all her beauty to behold. Here are just a few pictures right before the storm pelted our area. The sky was very reminiscent of the mid-west right before tornados rip across the plains. It was actually quite freaky and a bit unnerving.

Well enjoy the photos. It really was amazing. Though the photos are great, I am not sure they truly capture the eeriness of the evening.

The sky by my house looked the same...it was weird...but in a really cool way. I sat outside for a while watching the lightening.

It was incredibly eerie and beautiful at the same time.
