How sweet it is!!

WOW!! 86 years since Boston Red Soxs fans tasted the sweet fruit of victory. But what a wait!!

Sweeping the St. Louis Cardinals in FOUR games. This from a team that gave MLB one of the all time greatest come backs.

If this isn't a shot of adrenalin for baseball, I don't know what is.

It was a beautiful victory. It was even more profound because the team from Boston, Massachusetts beat the Cardinals in Busch stadium. HMMMMM...

OK, so the spelling is different. BUT... Still. One must grasp at whatever metaphysical straws one can. Because let me tell you we can NOT have four more years of this current fiasco.

But enough politics (for the moment).

Congratulations RED SOXS!!! You earned it!!!

Another Monday!!

I am battling a virus, but alas I have dragged my ass to work. Yea for me. I am working from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

I can do it! I will do It! I WILL WHINE!!

Oh another note much more interesting, my son, my absolutely fabulous child scored me an autograph from the legendary B.B.King. He doesn't normally do this. He informs me it is tacky.

You see, Justin, my wonderfully talented son works in the "industry". Hollywood, tinsel town, theater, whatever. H is a lighting and sound guy. He has met lots of people. He has even done lighting for the President (yes W. I respect the office) as well as Arnold and a plethora of others.

And yet, he never asks for autographs, photos, etc.. So I am VERY excited about the B.B. King autograph. Especially since I LOVE B.B. King.

Oh and yea he also did the lighting on a party attended by Ariel Sharon, and Bill & Hillary Clinton...

Not bad for a boy of 23!!!
