BO, Padres & George Galloway

First let me begin the morning wit Mucho Kudos to Bo Bice. He not only Rocked last night but completely stole the show. He was AMAZING!! His rendition of "Don't Let the Sun Go Down On Me" gave me Goosebumps. And then when he went a cappella... Just DAMN!!! WOW!! And the Rolling Stones "Can't Get No Satisfaction" Let me tell you I was 100% Satisfied. Thank you Bo for one helluva a show.

Moving on to my FIRST place Padres. Who would have thought after seeing them at Spring Training they would be in first. I was hoping for maybe third. But no siree, my Padres are on FIRE!!!!!!! First Place in the NL WEST. Alone. By themselves. Whoo Hoo. Let us hope they can keep this up. It truly could be the miracle year.

And Finally, George Galloway. Mr. Galloway, YOU DA MAN!!

Check out his testimony in front of the Senate yesterday. he basically came in and bitch slapped the Senate, and the US policy on the Iraqi war. beautiful eloquence. He made my heart sing. It is about time someone came in and said, "The Emperor has no clothes on."

You can read the full article or just this quick except. But do take the time to read it. It is well worth it.

"I told the world that Iraq, contrary to your claims did not have weapons of mass destruction.

I told the world, contrary to your claims, that Iraq had no connection to al-Qaeda.

I told the world, contrary to your claims, that Iraq had no connection to the atrocity on 9/11 2001.

I told the world, contrary to your claims, that the Iraqi people would resist a British and American invasion of their country and that the fall of Baghdad would not be the beginning of the end, but merely the end of the beginning.

Senator, in everything I said about Iraq, I turned out to be right and you turned out to be wrong and 100,000 people paid with their lives; 1600 of them American soldiers sent to their deaths on a pack of lies; 15,000 of them wounded, many of them disabled forever on a pack of lies. "

ONLY 31 minutes to go

Almost out of here.

Don't get me wrong i rather enjoy my job. If I have to work, this ain't bad. I work with great people, get to chat to amusing people, and while away the time with simple projects.

But... I wanna go HOME!! I wanna get in my jammies and watch A.I. I wanna play with the boys and tell Kurt, "SSSHHHHHHHH... American idol is on."

It is the simple things in life that make it worth living.

OH By the way... PADRES ARE IN FIRST PLACE IN THE NLWEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GO PADRES!!!!

Girlfriends

I am truly blessed. Not because of my job, my house, my cars or any other materialistic item in my life. I am blessed because I have incredible girlfriends.

Each and every one of you are beautiful, witty, and amazing individuals. You all have very different personalities. And yet, each of you posses integrity, sincerity, caring, and loyalty, I would trust any one of you with my heart.

And I do.

You are all amazing women. I thank God that you have come into my life and pray you will stay for many, many years to come.

Thank you for being my friends and adding so much to my life.
