A Note To Karen

I didn't delete the post due to my your bitter, inappropriate comments. Nor have I been avoiding your calls because of those comments. I deleted that entry due to my own harsh and mean words. Everyone has a right to their own opinions. I believe emphatically in the 1st Amendment. I would fight to the death to protect this right. For anyone. Even Rush Limbaugh, Jerry Fallwell, the KKK, and anyone else. Free speech is the corner stone of a free society.

Yet, when I say something that may hurt or cause pain to another person then I am crossing my own imposed values. I care about you,my sister, and regardless of some of the things you says, love you dearly. Therefore, after posting a scathing reply I thought better and chose to delete that posting rather than hurt your feelings.


And as far as my Padres are concerned... it is still early in the season. RELAX. October is still a ways off.

AND... I AM NOT avoiding your phone calls. I have not been sleeping, am quite exhausted, and I have been working late and going in early. So again...RELAX!!!

Though this may come as a stunning blow to your ego the world DOES not revolve around you all the time.

Now let's move on.

Dad will bring a small carry on and is ready to go.
